Whether you’re a local or visiting, fall is the perfect time to explore what this vibrant community has to offer. From pumpkin patches to seafood festivals, here’s your guide to the best fall events in and around Naples.

There are so many fun things happening this fall in Naples! With the weather starting to feel a bit more comfortable, it’s the perfect time to get out and explore. Here are 10+ fall festivities in and around Naples that I have enjoyed time and time again. While there are many more events, these are the ones I’ve personally vetted and will continue to attend every year!

1. Sizzle Dining– SWFL Restaurant Month
Sizzle Dinning is bigger than ever in 2026- you can experience all the deals all September long!
Sizzle Dining is a month long restaurant event in Southwest Florida happening from September 1st to 30th in 2026. Diners can support the culinary scene at a discounted price and give back to the community!
140+ participating restaurants will offer special prix-fixe menus. Select restaurants will offer special 2-course lunch menus for $19 or $29, and dinner menus will be available for $29, $39, and $49.
Participating restaurants will span from Collier to Lee county; Naples, Marco Island, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, St. James
Plus, for every Sizzle Dining meal purchased, $1 is donated to Blessings in a Backpack , a local charity that supports food insecure elementary students on the weekends.
The Sizzle Dining event celebrates dining out at an affordable price and is produced to build awareness and make a positive impact on our diverse Southwest Florida culinary community.

2. Pumpkin Picking and 12th Annual Fall Festival and Corn Mazes at Farmer Mike’s
Dates for this year’s 12th Annual Fall Festival and Corn Maze are weekends starting Sept. 26th-Oct. 31st. Fridays from 6-9:30, Saturday from 9 AM-10 PM, and Sundays from 9 AM- 5 PM.
No fall season is complete without a trip to a pumpkin patch and fall festivals. Farmer Mike’s U-Pick in Bonita Springs delivers the perfect fall experience. Starting in late September, you can pick your perfect pumpkin from the patch and enjoy their famous haunted maze if you’re looking for a thrill! The maze is open on weekends through October, offering both a kid-friendly (Journey to the Center of the Earth themed this year) and a scarier haunted version after dark. 3. Cars and Coffee 239 Halloween Edition at Mercato
Kick off the Halloween festivities at Mercato with Cars and Coffee 239 on October 18th, 2026 from 9 to 11 AM.
This unique event features Halloween-themed cars on display, a car costume contest, a costume contest for pets, and with the added fun of trick-or-treating from car to car for the kids. It’s a fun and interactive way for the whole family to enjoy some festive automotive creativity while celebrating the spooky season.
Stop by the SNIP Collier Pumpkin Patch while you’re there. The pumpkin patch operates at the Mercato lawn. Check the website for specific times. 4. Sunflower Viewing with Conservation Collier
Experience the beauty of fall with Sunflower Viewing at Pepper Ranch Preserve, a must-see event for nature lovers in Southwest Florida from October 2nd-4th and Oct 9th-11th.
Save the date for Conservation Collier’s Annual Sunflower Viewing at Pepper Ranch Preserve October 2nd-4th and Oct 9th-11th.
You’ll have the chance to explore fields of golden sunflowers in full bloom, along with the unique opportunity to spot local wildlife such as deer, turkey, hawks, sandhill cranes, and even the resident cattle herd that calls the preserve home.

This is a perfect fall activity to enjoy the clear skies, snap some scenic photos, and immerse yourself in the fall spirit—all while appreciating the wildlife and natural beauty of Pepper Ranch Preserve.
5. Boo at the Zoo at Naples Zoo
Get ready for a magical adventure as Naples Zoo brings back its family-friendly Halloween event, Boo at the Zoo returns on Saturday, October 10th through Monday, October 12th and October 17th through 19th, and October 24th through 26th.
The zoo is such a fun place to enjoy costumed characters and trick-or-treating for kids 12 and under.
As you explore the zoo, you’ll meet a dinosaur and sail away with pirates on the Pirate Expedition Cruise, or even encounter mini unicorns. Children are invited to meet princesses, assemble with their favorite superheroes, and dance the day away to lively music. The event also features a live show, juggler, and face painter, ensuring non-stop entertainment for the whole family.
All the Halloween fun is included in regular Zoo admission. You can purchase your tickets online now or buy them at the door on the day of the event.
6. Haunted Hoedown with Movie on the Lawn at Mercato
Head to Mercato’s Haunted Hoedown on October 20th for a night of trick or treating followed by a screening of Hotel Halloweentown at 7:15 PM.

This exciting event will take place on the Event Lawn and offers plenty of Halloween fun for the entire family. Dance the night away with music from a DJ while your little ones enjoy face painting and transform into their favorite Halloween characters. Be sure to visit the Pumpkin Patch hosted by SNIP Collier to pick out the perfect pumpkin while supporting a great cause.
The night wouldn’t be complete without some trick-or-treating throughout the shops at Mercato. Get started in the shops at 5:30. For those who love to show off their costumes, there’s a costume contest with categories for all ages, including pets! Check-in for the contest is at 6:00 PM, with the competition starting at 6:30 PM at the Mercato Tent. Categories include Ages 6 & Under, Ages 7-10, Ages 11-17, Ages 18+, and Group, with prizes awarded to the top winner and two runners-up. Learn more here.
7. Naples International Film Festival at Artis—Naples
Film enthusiasts won’t want to miss the Naples International Film Festival, happening October 22-25, 2026 at Artis—Naples.
This annual event showcases films from around the world, with screenings at the Baker Museum and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. The festival brings filmmakers, actors, and visual artists together for a celebration of cinema and visual arts, offering panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive exhibits. This is the perfect opportunity to catch independent films and documentaries that you won’t see anywhere else.

8. Stone Crab Festival at Tin City
Seafood lovers rejoice! The 16th Annual Stone Crab Festival returns to Tin City on October 23-25, 2026.
This FREE beloved local event marks the start of stone crab season and celebrates the stone crab fleet with fresh seafood, live music, and family-friendly fun. There will be food vendors offering delicious seafood dishes, including local stone crab claws. The festival takes place along the waterfront in Tin City, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather, local entertainment, and the best of Naples’ seafood scene.

9. Día de los Muertos Celebration at Naples Botanical Garden
This year, the Naples Botanical Garden is honoring the vibrant tradition of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a weekend-long celebration from October 31- November 1, 2026.
Bring the whole family to explore the cultural richness of this colorful Mexican holiday. The event offers a chance to celebrate and remember loved ones through special displays, live music, and arts and crafts stations.
You can also enjoy a specialty dish at Fogg Café, where Chicken Flautas will be served exclusively for this event.

The USA Today Wine & Food Experience is back in Naples for another year! Head to Paradise Coast Sports Complex on Saturday, November 14th, 2025 from 12-4. Early admission tickets can get in at noon.

11. Farm City BBQ at Collier County Fairgrounds
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 25, 2026, when the Farm-City BBQ returns to the Collier County Fairgrounds from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Local elected officials will serve as the “Celebrity Servers” at this beloved family-friendly event, celebrating over 65 years of connecting rural and urban communities.
With more than 300 farms covering nearly 150,000 acres, Collier County’s agricultural impact is significant—an $8.11 billion industry. From cattle ranches to organic farms, this event highlights the vital role agriculture plays in Southwest Florida. Held during National Farm-City Week, it’s the perfect time to appreciate the journey of our Thanksgiving food from farm to table.
